Signing of a Memorandum of Cooperation between Uzbek Leasing International A.O. and Third Opinion Partners
On May 5, 2026, a working meeting was held between JSC “Uzbek Leasing International A.O.” (ULI) and the international consulting firm Third Opinion Partners.
From the Third Opinion Partners side, the meeting was attended by the company’s Partner, Ms. Xiumin Lin.
Following the negotiations, the parties signed a Memorandum of Understanding aimed at developing long-term and mutually beneficial cooperation.
Key Areas of Cooperation
Within the framework of the Memorandum, the parties agreed to implement the following initiatives:
- development and implementation of short-term and long-term programs in leadership and organizational development, including dedicated initiatives to enhance the leadership potential of women executives and female employees, as well as the delivery of professional courses and training programs for the ULI management team and other leasing companies — members of the Leasing Association of Uzbekistan;
- promotion of the parties’ products and expertise in leadership development through joint marketing and educational events;
- strengthening and enhancing the positive business image of the parties;
- participation of Third Opinion Partners representatives in the annual and semi-annual meetings of participants of the leasing market of Uzbekistan;
- facilitation by ULI in organizing business meetings for Third Opinion Partners with companies interested in their services.
