On September 19, 2023, a round table with the participation of «Leasing Association of Uzbekistan» and «Association of Women and Girls of Uzbekistan» was held on the topic of «Leasing and Islamic finance in the interests of women’s entrepreneurship». At this event, topics currently relevant among entrepreneurs, such as Islamic finance, their status in Uzbekistan, the role of Islamic finance in women’s entrepreneurship, the concept of Islamic finance system, its structure, principles and fundamentals, project management, HR-management (human resource management) were discussed.

At this round table, Islamic finance experts, i.e. the head of Islamic business and finance LLC Jakhongir Imamnazarov, chief specialist of the Project Financing Department of «Uzbek Leasing International A.O." Shamshod Elbekov, chief specialist of «Uzbek Leasing International A.O." Ph.
